PWEN is the collective power of women coming together across the globe to achieve gender equality, poverty eradication, and inclusive economic growth.  We achieve next level success by empowering, encouraging, educating, equipping, and elevating women through our community collaborations,  training  workshops/events, our online NLEAD Academy, mentoring, coaching, and entrepreneurship development.

The heartbeat of PWEN is our Carrie J Gray Scholarship Program, which provides workshops, mentorship and financial assistance to underserved young women attending college. We conduct college readiness workshops with high school students, we provide college/HBCU tours, and then each year we select fabulous young ladies to partner with throughout their college journey, we are here to provide the support they need to finish their education despite the twists and turns that life brings.
